About Ben
Hi from Nashville, Tennessee!
My name is Ben Bauman III and I am a product management leader and learning and development professional with nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning, enterprise portfolio management, and large-scale systems implementations.
Most recently I helped an executive coaching and leadership company as their director of product development. Before that role, I led a parking software team. And I got my start with a decade of product leadership in the lottery industry, where I grew billion-dollar product lines.

Growing a product category to over $100M annually
This case study shares a story from my time in the lottery industry where I helped grow one of our product categories over 500% in annual revenue. Moreover, growth in this category did not come at the expense of other products (no “cannibalization of sales”) and also helped expand product presence with retail partners.

In the parking industry in 2020 and 2021, I led the software team creating a mobile app to make it easier for customers to pay for parking. Even better, the operational efficiencies saved the company millions.
